Meet Our Doctors
Dakota Davis, DDS
I was born and raised in Bedford, Texas, I feel enormously proud to offer my professional service to my hometown community! After graduating from Trinity High School in Euless, I pursued and completed a degree in Biology from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. I spent several years in a corporate position before deciding that it was time to pursue dentistry. I have always been drawn towards healthcare and my passion called me back.
I received my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2010 from the Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas. Since that time, I have practiced comprehensive, relationship-based care in our family practice, Davis Family Dental Care. I have been fortunate to work alongside two incredibly special colleagues; my father, Dr. Paul G. Davis, Jr. and my sister, Dr. Lauren Drennan. I am eager to build on the legacy of compassionate care that our father began over 35 years ago.
Lauren Drennan, DDS
Hey guys, welcome to our office! I sincerely hope we get to meet you!! My professional path started when I was just a young girl who liked to go to work with her dad. During summer break, my dad (Dr. Paul), would let me come up and “work” at his office. His positive attitude and passion for dentistry was contagious and I ended up following him right into this wonderful profession. Then, my sister, Dr. Dakota Davis decided to become a dentist and we have practiced the last decade together. Time really does fly when you’re having fun.
A little about me: I grew up in Bedford and graduated from Trinity High School in Euless. After that, I headed to The University of Texas at Austin and then finally to Texas A&M College of Dentistry where I received my Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. I met my colleague and husband in dental school. Dr. Mike Drennan is the reason I’m no longer a Davis! We have three children and they keep us quite busy.
Paul G. Davis, DDS
I remain devoted to my chosen profession of dentistry as I now work as an associate in the practice I built. I graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1983, then received postgraduate training in orthodontics, esthetic and restorative dentistry, advanced dental implant reconstruction, and advanced diagnosis/treatment of temporomandibular joint dysfunction. I am still an avid learner, and continue to advance my knowledge in the dental field as it grows by leaps and bounds.
I am passionate about serving my patients and my community. I have served in both leadership and hands-on capacities for charitable programs such as Save a Smile, Donated Dental Service, Texas Mission of Mercy, and Texas Dentists for Healthy Smiles where I have enjoyed renewing thousands of smiles for those in need.
Meet Our Team
Demmie - Office Manager
My family was just passing through Roswell, New Mexico when I was born. We moved around a little before we settled in Texas, where my mother was born and raised. I have lived in the Fort Worth area since I was eight years old. When I married Dr. Paul, his desire was to go to dental school, and I supported him in achieving his dream to become a dentist. After he received his degree in Dentistry, he encouraged me to return to school as an adult. I earned my bachelor’s degree in counseling, which changed my life. I went to work for Paul during college and have been here ever since. I love being in the office and helping to change lives by educating patients on how to protect and keep their teeth for the rest of their lives. I am a cheerleader for dentistry and good oral health. Every person we come in contact with has a unique story. I love hearing their stories and being a little part of their lives. These days I spend the majority of my time caring for my 3 fun grandchildren, but I still work in the office as often as I can. In my spare time I needlepoint, read, and travel (sometimes by motorcycle). I have loved watching my two girls, Dakota and Lauren, grow into beautiful women and continue to build on the legacy that Paul and I started.

I started in dentistry as a dental assistant with Davis Family Dental Care and I enjoyed it so much I decided to go back to school to become a dental hygienist. I returned to my dental home when I graduated from hygiene school. I have a passion for treating and educating my patients on oral care how to maintain good hygiene. Outside of work, I love spending time with my fiancé and family. I am always looking to try new restaurants and travel to new places.
